Shipping and delivery

My Processing Times:

Some items are already made and ready to go, some are made to order (it varies what I have on hand and I make everything myself) Most items will ship in 5-10 business days. You can also just send me a message, or leave a note in your order if you need it by a certain date! 😊

Shipping Estimates:

Canada: In transit most orders take 3-5 business days via ChitChats (Standard tracked shipping) Canada Post can can take up to 2 weeks for Lettermail (or even Expedited these days)

USA: As of Aug 22 shipping to the US has been turned back on. My HTS code ended up not making the final list for tariffs. This could change at any time as they add and remove things, but if there is an extra tariff charged at a later date the bill comes to me and I will cover it. I use a shipping company called ChitChats that drives your order over the border and they hand off your order to USPS to deliver. Once in Transit most Orders arrive in about 5-7 business days.

INTL: Orders are shipped via Canada Post and will typically arrive via your local Postal Service. Please contact me for shipping estimates (especially if you need an estimate on how long it will take, as it varies wildly) If you end up paying more than it costs to ship I do refund the difference.
